If for some reason an item you've ordered is taking longer than expected to arrive, we'll let you know by email and give you a new estimated arrival date. You can also check your order status any time to see the estimated arrival date and any available options.

We won’t charge your credit card until the item is shipped. But if you used PayPal, your PayPal account was charged at the time you placed the order.

Here are 3 ways you can place an order.

Placing an order on is easy. Just add items to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and place your order. We ship online orders to any address in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and most orders over ………. euros ship free!

What your order status means

If you have an account with RBA, simply follow these steps to check an order's status:
  1. Sign in to your RBA account
  2. On your account dashboard, go to the Order History tile and choose “Your orders”
  3. Once the page opens, simply find the order you are looking to check to see its current status
Here is what each order status means:
  • In Progress: Your order is being worked on
  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse
  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled
  • On Hold: Your order is on hold until we get more information from you
Need to know where to find your order number? Please check;
  • In the subject line of your order confirmation email
  • In your Order History (if you placed the order using your RBA account)

Because we’re trying to get items to you as fast as possible, there’s a limited window to cancel your order. To see if you can cancel, find your order. 

On the order details page, look for a Cancel Order button. 

If the Cancel Order button isn’t there, your order is already being processed by our team and we’re unable to cancel it. 

In this case, you can easily start the return process once you've received the product. Return or exchanged the product well.

Cancelling or editing a Scheduled Delivery order

If you need to cancel or change your delivery details, please contact us at least 2 business days before your scheduled delivery date.

Editing an order

If we haven’t started working on your order yet, you may be able to edit your payment method. To add or remove items from your order, please cancel your order and place another one with the items you want.

Editing your payment method

To edit or update a payment method:

  1. Find your order
  2. On the order details page, select the “Edit Payment” link in the Payment Method section.
  3. To pay with another credit card, select one from your saved cards or add a new card. To update a billing address or expiry date for a card, please add a new card.
